• ​Remote Multi-State Wholesale Manager – Serve as the primary director and point of contact for our nationwide wholesale operation. While we operate in every city and every state across the country—with active hotpoints in Missouri, New Mexico, Kentucky, and surrounding territories—your job is to recruit, oversee, and manage local land and property scouts nationwide. You will ensure your team sources qualified off-market deals, meets performance targets, and stays on task. As the direct bridge between Black Diamond Warehouse™ and the field team, you will manage pipeline quality, verify property submissions, and handle team payout distributions so operations run seamlessly. In exchange, you earn an overriding commission percentage on every closed deal within your managed network. Pay: $200 monthly pay out for each active client you manage plus weekly percentages of their portfolio.
